Bad Points

Everything about them. They take money from your bank account wothout permission, you are on hold for an hour at least every time you phone them get passed around to everyone and not one person i spoke to could explain why they had robbed my money, THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!


General Comments

DO NOT TRY YES LOANS!!!I phoned yes loans yesterday i only wanted a quote as i dont have bad credit rating. They asked me for my bank details to hold to take the admin fee of £69.50 and confirmed this would only be taken once i had received my qoute through the post and i had agreed to accept it. Well today i checked my bank account and the money has gone i have received nothing through the post and i phoned them and got passed through to a money worries company?? I havent got money worries i just wanted to consolidate my debts and go on holiday so i thought a loan would be a good way of doing this. The have said they will investigate to try and explain why the money has been taken but refuse to give it me back. I will be taking legal action against this company at no point did i agree for them to take money out of my bank account, i hope they have recorded my phone call because i'm sure they need my permission legally to take money from my bank account
