I have just had a cold call from 'myhousegroup' who then turned out to be 'space kitchens'. The person who 'cold'-called me did not know my name and spoke very softly and indistinctly, I had to ask her to repeat herself many times. Then another person rang who was extremely assertive over the phone, and in fact half way through the conversation turned and yelled to someone in the office without even saying 'excuse me'. When I told her we were not available to see her either today or tomorrow, she lost interest and slammed the phone down. Amazing. So glad I never took up the offer.
