People might be happy with Insure and Go when they take out the policy but they wont be so happy when they try to make a claim. I put a claim in for my missing camera in February and they are still trying to get out of paying for it, by asking for more and more information. I have sent them everything they have asked for and they still are still messing me about. The call centre staff are unprofessional, rude and patronising. I can only assume that they are used to dealing with complaints all day by the manner in which they speak.
