i e'mailed yes loans,after reading various reviews as to their credibility,sent on the 19th may 2009,received answer 3 days ago,inviting me to telephone a 0871 no,after trying several times,no actual contact as they were "busy" funny that,premium rate call.
i then filled in online form,aske to ring an 0845 no,which i did,after questions and offer of instant payday loan,i declined,then proceeded to ask for £69.70.i declined asking for the consummer credit licence no,to be informed,that being in business for over 7 years must have one,but could not give it to me.why did i want it ? i said that advice has been no payment should be made in thi type of transaction,until fully approved by a bona fide lender,then they could take the cost from advance,no concrete answer could be given a lot of platitudes given ,also i said that prior to asking me i should have been informed of the return of monies,in the event of filure less the £5.00 fee,needles to say no answer,except question as to why i applied,because i need the loan,i replied.the phone went dead...i tried ,because so many of us who need a loan arebeing treated as idiots,by a company that puts their employees in the most invidious situation's after all the call centre guys are trying to earn a living ,governed by people who exploit,the loopholes and treat ordinaty people with disdain and arrogance.
