Neat and simple in operation.
Telephone interrogation of status, arming and disarming.
Telephone warning to three different numbers in priority order if the alarm is triggered.
No false alarms so far (two days).
A wide range of sensors available which can be added to the system at any time. I am particularly impressed by the pet friendly PIR. Tha manual is very clear so setting it all up was quite easy.
Bad Points
The instruction manual does not make it clear that the system remains armed ready to signal an intrusion even after it has been triggered and the siren has silenced itself. The system does not give warning if you arm the sytem with, for example a door or window open.
General Comments
The Yale Premium Burglar Alarm is easy to install and with a good set of instructions.
