I purchased tickets from the See Tickets phoneline over a week before the event date. Even though the order was processed and my credit card was debited the full amount on that day, the day before the event I received a letter asking me for 'Card Verification' before my tickets will be sent out, instead of just receiving the tickets - as expected. I called See Tickets immediately only to be told by a very rude indifferent man that my order had been cancelled! Leaving me stranded with no tickets for the event the next day. I was given no apology what so ever. The obviously ill-equiped call hander was then matched by the Supervisor, equally ill-equiped to deal with problems like this and customer complaints. I am outraged by the predicament See Tickets has left me in and the poor customer service I have been subjected to. I STRONGLY recommend buying your tickets anywhere else but See, should you have the choice. Ticketmaster, Aloud etc are far superior to the appalling See.
