simple, dont trust a travel agent who cannot even speak proper english- though based in the US. i must say european destinations are getting better with english, but the service is highly questionable. i had booked a multi-city europe tour with them and found out that one of the hotels that they booked for me did NOT even exist!!! after much ado i finally got to their customer service and the woman flatly lied that they'll refund me for another hotel, but once i was back in US they all changed their tone. none of them would even provide their last names to file a proper complaint- though they'll tell you to go and sue them! one of them actually started screaming in spanish n banged the phone. my advice, stay away. spend a bit more with a real travel agent.

I found this review helpful because...I feel the same way. I have has substandard service and even their manager was yelling at me. They told me that they only provide basic service and if I wanted more I had to ask. How
do you know what you have to ask...isn't that the reason for a travel agent to give you all these details? I started booking my trip in April - a self drive tour through italy - never did they ask me if I needed a gps...who travels to a foreign country and knows where they are going. What poor service that they provide their customers
