Avoid. They have plenty of little tricks up their sleeve.

My car was stolen (at knifepoint) and Swiftcover still deducted 2 years from my no claims discount. It wasn't my fault so why should my NCD be affected?

When it was time to renew, they automatically deducted the full premium from my bank account, even though I had been paying monthly the previous year. When questioned about this, they said it was their "policy" to do this as my car had been stolen.
