Location.
Bad Points
You have to pay to drop off and pick up. BHX charge to simply let down outside and far more to pick up. How is anyone picking you up supposed to know exactly just when you will land and clear baggage claim and customs.
General Comments
BHX is similar to most other regional airports I guess but has bad points which mean I for one will try and chose elsewhere to fly from next time. I refuse to pay to be dropped off outside the door. OK to charge for say a weeks parking but even that at £50 is a joke but to have to pay when being collected, and if the flight or BHX delays you then that charge is higher for the waiting lift. Food outlets inside high priced and poor quality
