The experience my wife and I had with the Kutchenhaus staff was excellent, very helpful and professional, pleasant and a nice touch, a little area for our 5 year old to play in during our our time with the designer. Only bad point, one of the doors when delivered was damaged and it took 3 weeks for replacement. Although I do understand that my kitchen was built to order in Germany and the replacement had to be ordered from the factory.
