No, no, a hundred times no: don't do it! Yes, Talk Talk is cheap. But: took over 6 weeks to get started after continuous delays; email servers regularly going down; broadband connection disappearing for days; slow connection; 40 minute telephone queuing to speak to 'customer service' who just give you another telephone number to ring with another 30 minute wait Truly awful service which I've been locked into for a year-and-a half. I have been counting down the days until I can leave - which is today - hoorah! The service from talktalk has been so bad it's prompted me to write this first ever online review.
