Bad Points

I am waiting for a replacement credit card after my purse was stolen on 5th June. All my other cards have been replaced within a week.(including a Tesco credit card.) I received the new pin last friday (it's Tuesday now). When I eventually got through I couldn't hear very well what the lady was saying. I gather I have got to wait another 4- 5 days for the card.
The customer service call centre certainly needs checking, to speed it up and get some cheaper calls in situ.


General Comments

When ringing Asda. The answer phone message is so slow, sometimes you end up waiting for someone to answer, at 10p a minute that's no joke.
