General Comments
I've had three Sky HD boxes so far (in six weeks) and am not impressed with the picture presented on my 1080p TV,
most notably a 'ghosting' effect which is clearly visible around people's head as they move the screen. (This wasn't apparent with 'Freeview')
I've found so-called 'Customer Services' disappointing in that they don't seem interested and hadn't even the courtesy to answer my letters and emails. A letter to their CEO elicited a reply from someone high up, but I shouldn't have to do this to get a response!
