General Comments

When setting up my card I was harrassed by customer services trying to sell me more products, insulting my intelligence and treating me like I was irresponsible. Also, I pay 10 times minimum payment each month as soon as I get paid, yet because this isn't paid within the 15 days between statement date and payment date, I am charged £12 fee and have my 0% intrerest taken off me. Customer Services are extrenely rude, unhelpful and unsympathetic - they just say 'You signed up to terms and conditions' - this is obvioulsy a very clever way to make money!
