If only there were some. Possibly the salesman, as what he designed would have been spot on if it had have been dealt with by a different company.

General Comments

I agree, this is simply a case of Apropos Tectonic Conservatories believing their own hype. We had a 'structure' (they are far to up themselves to call it a conservatory!) installed last year.
When I say last year, that was when they finished it. They started it the year before and it took them this long to finish it - and it still leaks around the doors!
Once the salesman had done his thing - which he was very good at - and the order passed to other departments of the company, thats when the problems started.
The company itself don't seem to know what they're doing. Its like its their first time dealing with a customer. Their 'Operations Department' - and there must be some poetic license here - hasn't got a clue, and despite several letters, (like one of the other reviewers), I have had no reply or resolution. I can only assume that they have better things to do than write apologetic letters to disgruntled customers!

If you are thinking of using this company, spend a little time looking for alternatives, I have since, and to my dismay have found that there are some out there, and at a much lower cost.

I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience with them.
