I pre ordered a CD from HMV and on the email it said that the CD would be with me on they day of release
i checked the order on the website 1 week before the album was due to be released and it said completely shipped
however i am still waiting for my cd 3 weeks after the cd has been released!!!!
i have rang up hmv and they said they cant help because they sent it and tried to blame it on the postman.
then i checked the order on hmv and it said ordered failed to ship
so i went to the shop and bought it1
