Bad Points
Sky TV remote control is useless... TV information is useless.. Telephone is useless as I needed to take BT line for £125
Customer Service is helpless. I dont believe it and it is very difficult to contact them..
General Comments
After my Virgin contract got over, some of my stupid friends insisted me sky is a great choice for the reason that they get M&S vouchers or not sure whether they want me to suffer as what they are.. Sky is sooooooooo annoying and I started hating sky.. Waiting to go back Virgin..
