Good Points

Quick efficient, loan was sorted within 4 days. No probs.


Bad Points

Waited for about 6 - 8 minutes just ringing before you get through to a LIVE operator !


General Comments

if you read their terms and conditions you can get your £69.50 fee back within 30 days if you are not happy with the loan and terms they give you, yes you have to write to them at the address given on their terms and conditions sheet, and the fee is fully refunded. It clearly says this on the paperwork before you sign and send back your application.

    I found this review somewhat helpful because...all the previous reviews have been negative and as I have just spoken to them was becoming somewhat concerned, although they were very thorough with all the details and upfront about admin fees and how to claim refund within 30 days if not happy.
