General Comments

Unfortunately I got taken in by the website stating lowest price is guaranteed. I booked hotel plus flights & transfers on BMI Baby to Majorca for July 09 through Travel Republic. I had a late call the same evening saying that BMI had put their prices up (seems like a common theme!) and I foolishly believed them. It was only on checking BMI Baby website the next day that I realised the price had not increased at all - 4 seats were still available at the old price - I ended up paying £96 extra than if I had booked direct with BMI. I complained within 24 hrs but no such luck!

    Hi Jules101, I have looked through all our BMIBaby bookings departing on 9-Jul to Majorca, and we dont seem to have any that have had to pay more than was originally quoted.

    Can you confirm your departure date was 9-Jul?

    I will then try and find your booking and see what went wrong for you.

    Update on my Original review - TravelRepublic have contacted me. It appears that they make a £6 admin charge pp per flight and have agreed to refund 50% as a goodwill gesture, which I'm happy with. They also provided proof that BMI flights costed more than originally quoted, so I guess that's just bad luck that the flight cost fluctuated as it did. Jules101
