General Comments

Wow, Alton Towers ROX! The rides I managed to go on were:
RITA, Congo River Rapids, Flume (x2), Runaway Mine Train, Duel, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Twirling Toadstool, Spinball, Blade and Air!
I also had a nice lunch at KFC. Don't bother bringing your own food, because there's tons of choices, from Burger King to a pizza buffet.
The only problem is that there are long queues all round. Pick up a fastrack, which comes in many types:
Thrill - £8 (Air, Oblivion and Nemmy, add RITA for £4)
Adventurer (My Fastrack) - £5 (Rapids, Flume, Mine Train and Charlie)
Ultimate - £35 (Air, Nemmy, Rita, Ripsaw, Duel, Rapids, Hex, Spinball, Runaway Mine Train, Oblivion, The Flume, Enterprise, Submission, Charlie, Battle Galleons, Heave Ho & Marauders Mayhem)
Platinum - £75 (Air, Nemmy, Rita, Ripsaw, Duel, Rapids, Hex, Spinball, Runaway Mine Train, Oblivion, The Flume, Enterprise, Submission, Charlie, Battle Galleons, Heave Ho & Marauders Mayhem - all unlimited)
So head to Britain's most AWESOME theme park. You won't regret it.
