General Comments

Sportshq don't care!

I saw a great deal on a tent so bought it online and paid immediately via paypal. The delivery was pricey at £6.99 for 3-5 working days but the tent was a good price so i bought it.

ordered on the 8th phoned on the 12th ummmm where's my tent?... apparently they were having issues with payments and it would be sent out express asap. Not convinced I called again on Monday oh surprise surprise they couldn't tell me where is was, if it had been sent etc. Gave my order no and address details again and aksed them to call me back when sorted. I phoned them back 4 times that day and was assured it was out for delivery. Tuesday called to check on it still not despatched!! And got cut off!!! Called back again and they took my address again and said i would get it by friday!!! Sports HQ don't care about customer service or even sending out the orders.
