Good Points

Check in at Manchester was good and very 'slick;!


Bad Points

Flight was good but that was more due to the weather than Virgin Atlantic Airways. Plane was old and interior 'tired' looking. Entertainment was nothing special and sound quality through ear sets appalling at times. Food and service was shocking and limited. Although long haul flyers are advised to drink as much water as possible one could not even purchase a bottle of water on the plane and was only offered two small cups throughout the 9 hour flight! Check in at Orlando was disorganised and we queued for nearly an hour.
