they will eventually suspend your account if you have a free one. ive used them for 4 years.
I don't know what that writetutor person is talking about friendly staff, there aren't any staff or contact or help on the site. The site has no listed contact, help, or staff. If your going to have a primary email account. don't make this one it, because you will get burned like the rest of us with no access to information i've stored for years
