Good Points
When it was working it was removing lots of moisture from the air.

Bad Points
I would not recommend this product to anyone as it is far too unreliable.

General Comments
I brought my Ebac 2650e in February 2009 in April the smart control failed to work resulting in water damage to my carpet. Ebac customer services were indeed polite and the unit was picked up. I was told there was nothing wrong with it, but when it was returned they had replaced the timer switch. Less than 2 months later exactly the same thing has happened again. I have asked for my money back but they are refusing as I am out of the 30 day period.
