We were recently involved in a road traffic accident and insured by Tesco.
They have provided absolutely no help or support. The accident was two months ago
We are still waiting for our cheque. We have been passed around the office told the same thing repeatedly. On 2 occasions they have even told us a cheque has been posted. Five days later we call them and they tell us the claim has not been approved. Is there any kind of moderator or organization that can help us. We desperately need our money back.
