Bad Points

Pump has never worked very well, most of the jets have failed, it has leaked since day one. The list goes on and on. I really never complain about much in life but this 7000,00 plus investment and poor customer service has led me to this point.


General Comments

We bought a Arctic Spas Cub Ultra nearly over 5 years ago and really have never been able to enjoy it. Not only has just about everything on the tub never worked very good the service has been very poor. A lemon is a lemon and this tub should have been replaced. I would never recommend this Arctic Spas Cub Ultra.
