Good Points

The customer services staff are lovely people, treat them with respect, no matter how much you come to hate 3 mobile, it is not the representative's fault.


General Comments

3 have the kind of automated phone service that can only be there in orer to drive customers mad. Everytime you eventually get through to customer services, you will get an unsuspecting representative, to whom you have to explain your problem again and again. After making 3 or 4 phone calls about your problem with 3mobile ( and you will make many many more than that), you will be so angry with the company, yet you wil get yet another poor, unsuspecting customer services representative, to whom you have to explain your problem again. Unfortunately they have no real power. If you have a problem, you will keep on phoning to sort out their mess because they will never phone you back to sort it out.
