Good Points

The cabin crew are friendly, but we have always gone premium economy. On a flight back from New York, that delay was only 5 hours and they left us sitting on the plane, the crew handled it very well. 10 out of 10 for them.


Bad Points

EVERTYHING.. Flight delays, food, the state of the plane it's self.


General Comments

Once Virgin Atlantic Airways get your money, they have no care for customer service after. The last 4 flights I have taken wth Virgin, in total I have been delayed for 25 hours .. a whole day and more... they don't care.
For this reason we will never fly Virgin again. It's not like it was just once or twice.
