General Comments

ACF Car Finance's customer service was extremely poor,they stated that although my credit rating was poor they had a lender who could help me. ACF promised to call me back to arrange a date to come to their showroom in Dukinfield, they did'nt,I contacted them again a day later to be told that the salesman who was dealing with my application would call me back in 10 minutes.1 week later I'm still waiting.I accept my credit worthiness is not good but common courtesy in letting me know I had been unsuccessful in my application is not too much to ask for , is it?
