countless. Never kept up to date with what is going on. never answer calls or emails
General Comments
Ordered a bbq almost 3 weeks ago from Alfresia. they took money right away, since then i have been calling and emailing daily to find out what has happened. Never get through by phone, never reply to emails it is like they don't exist once you order and pay for goods. Have instructed credit card company to recover funds.
