General Comments
Activity Superstore obviously do not understand the meaning of customer service. They now inform me a telephone conversation is a confirmed booking even though they alledgedly sent out written confirmation (not received). The question is asked why send written confirmation if they treat the telephone call as confirmation. To top it all off, I sent an e-mail to customer service on the 10th June immeditely after I rang them to learn my alledged booking was the 14th June to see if this could be altered, I have today received their response saying nothing can be done, one day after my alledged booking.
I have also suggested they change their name to the Activity Store because Super they are not !!
