They bring the goods to your door.
Bad Points
You must stay at home for one or more days to receive a delivery. Poor attitude towards customers who are away from home daytime.
General Comments
When you order goods which are dispatched via TNT, you don't know on what day they will attempt to deliver. If you are away from home during office hours (like most people) they will bring the goods to your door during these hours and leave a piece of paper. Then repeat the same the next day. Three days later the goods are returned to sender. After the two failed delivery attempts you can call and ask to have the goods delivered on a specific day. Then you have to be at the delivery address the whole day. Alternatively, after two failed delivery attempts to can go to their premises to collect the goods, but since they are in out-of-town locations and the package is probably too large to carry on public transport anyway, you will have to take a car or taxi. In my experience the driver seemed annoyed at me for not being at the premises for the whole day of the first two delivery attempts (No-one contacted me to arrange a delivery time or even day). My recommendation: don't buy bulky goods for home delivery.
