Good Points

No account charges. Low commissions. Easy to use website.


Bad Points

Sometimes slow website and delays on the phone.


General Comments

As an infrequent trader I love the Saga service. No matter how many times I trade there's no account charges and no inactivity fees. The Barclays Share Dealing website has been somewhat slow lately and there have been long waiting times on the phone, but then again I've heard from friends that the other providers have been worse.
