General Comments

I have been with Bell Car Insurance for over 10 years and had no plans to change. I never made a claim but after dealing with there call centre over a simple renewal I have just had enough. Left on hold for over an hour, had to call back, on hold again and again. They have an attitude when you complain. Never again will I use this company.
