Poor customer service, and poor reception


General Comments

Problems from the start with 3 - Three. Handset faulty from day one and sent back 3 times over a few months. Phone always returned saying nothing wrong with the phone. Gave up on that phone and used another 3 mobile phone I had. Mobile reception pretty poor where I work, but stated good reception on the coverage map. Reception pretty poor around the country when travelling. Coming to the end of my contract and a nightmare ending it. On the phone for ages when ending the contract.
