Nice leaflets, plenty of catchy information.
Useless when you have to use them in real life.
Bad Points
A huge faliure from Barclays, there is nothing Premier in the package at all.
General Comments
I have to say that Premier Life is a nicely marketed product, but in real day to day use is absolutely rubbish. My problems began from the day one, when I was not able to withdraw any money from my Barclay Premier card, having tried 5 different locations - no result. Customer service kept me on the phone for ages passing from one dept to another and at the end could not identify what was the problem.
Another cockup happened when I needed to stop a cheque, Premier customer service told me that it is £12.00 fee, when I checked my account I have been charged £12.50, phoning a Premier about it I have been told that to stop a cheque there is no fee at all. Call centre is local based but unfortunatelly useless.
Personal Manager-what? Never heard from her, even requested to phone back as needed help with all this endless cock ups.
