Good Points
No starving. A little dark chocolate and wine on a diet? It's been great to eat like a normal person.

Bad Points
I don't understand the syn system, but I'm probably going to get the book eventually.

General Comments
I can't join a Slimming World group because I'm in the US. I alternate Green & Red days and have lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks. I'm very impressed. My blood sugar hasn't acted up much since I can actually eat enough. I only have 29 pounds to go!

I found this review very helpful because... slimming world is now in the USA in Dallas - plans for more groups in 2010!!
