never return calls when you phone them,very abrupt manner in the way you are dealt with,you will get passed from pillar to post before you get the right person to speak to


General Comments

Absolute nightmare of a company,very good at talking your premium but when it comes to a payout for your car when it is written off beware,try every thing possible to slow up your claim,ie refer it to claims validators,will only pay market value,which may be miles of the value of your car,i,m 6 months down the line with Direct Line Car Insurance and are having to involve the f.s.o, if you have a high value car or something special or out of the ordinary forget this company for insurance.
