General Comments

diabolical customer service. waited over a week for the phone from Mobiles.co.uk, no customer calls regardless of endless emails to them. When the letter from o2 arrived welcoming me it had the wrong tariff on it. I cancelled the contract and phone before i even received the phone.

    I found this review not helpful because...the product bought is not mentioned, the reviewer talks of endless emails sent but no reply and then canceling their contract before even receiving the product or allowing mobiles.co.uk to solve any problems the reviewer may have had.

    This just looks like a review from someone who is angry because they did not get their own way. Maybe the company had problems with the identity check or the credit check or the reviewer entered the wrong tariff when buying online. I have used mobiles.co.uk three times now in the last 4 years and each time I have only received good service and a good product.
