General Comments
I am looking for a new air rifle and was handed a Gamo Hunter 440, without scope. I went to the shooting range to a fire a few shots and found that the standard sights were incredibly accurate and that the gun was incredibly light. I easily bullseyed the close targets and resorted to the full length of the small range (about 32yards) and had a 5p grouping with the iron sights at that range. Incredible. I will be going back to buy the gun soon with a scope to see what it is really capable of in the field.
