The staff in Virgin Active Health Clubs Notting Hill branch is not helpfull at all. when you want to cancel your membership , there will be a big drama.I had to cancel my membership last December as I injured myself during the classs. I did not receive a proper first aid and I couldn't go to work for a week. Managers did not really cared, couldn't be bothered to call me back. However, they were more than happy to charge me!!!
I loved Holmes Place so much and never experienced a problem. The culture has changed so much since Virgin Active took over. It is a shame
