Bad Points
Everything except the line had no difference in quality but they are still mainted by BT anyway. A fact a lot of people are unaware of!
General Comments
I chaged to The Post Office Phone Service Phone from BT in Feb and when I had my quarterly bill it was costing me nearly £68 more than I was paying BT! I also noticed that my bill contained a monthly charge for caller display - a service that came include with BT's line rental. At no point was I told that there would be an addittion fee for this.
