General Comments

Having just bought a new LG KC910 from 3 I had a few problems. I contacted 3's customers service from my mobile. I got put through to a call centre in India. After spending more than an hour and getting more frustrated by the minute i gave up. They have an annoying script they keep repeating "I understand your problem" no they don't they keep saying hold on and i'll talk to someone inn technical. Why dont' they just put you through to them. Im sorry but I can't recommend anyone who has poor customer service. no point in having good equipment if a problem arises and you can get it
