I have used eBuyer before and found the prices are cheaper than most other online suppliers ,fast prompt delivery and a nice website easy to find what you want. Customer service is amateur, you can't email them if you have any queries you can only telephone them and it takes ages to get connected to a customer service rep .I wanted to change an item i had just ordered 1 hour ago for the next model up and was told just wait for item to get delivered than send it back than re-order replacement item despite the item not even being processed.
