The make up artist was amazing and very good at what he does......only good point about my experience!

General Comments

The day dragged at New ID Burlingtons, alot of waiting around involved, then when you finally go in to the photo studio, the photographers rush you through. after you are subject to some hard selling......we were tired and very hungry after being there for 7 HOURS!!! we ended up spending £765 between 3 of us......here comes the even better part.....they promise to send CD of prints max 8 weeks......buy the 10th week we received nothing, understandibly you panic as its alot of money to throw away and have nothing to show. after many phone calls and empty promises that we will receive them the next working day (we were promised this four times and nothing) even speaking to the manager and requesting money back through card protection (strongly advise paying via visa) we received our CD on the 14th week after our experience with 4 photos missing.......im dreading having to chase up these 4 photos god only knows how long we will have to wait for them.

here is a suggestion, the only good thing about the day was the make up, the make up artist was amazing and made us look great, why not go there with a friend, pay for the make over only. then go home or to the park and take your own photos.....much cheaper and less headache.
