value for money , phone and VERY POOR customer service


General Comments

Was brought out on my old contract that i gave to my boyfriend he then renewed it for himself and has exactly the same contract - only difference is i pay 35 pounds a month and have a rubbish phone , my boyfriend has a better mobile and the same contract for 9 pounds a month.. not only that the only reason i got brought out was as a 25 pounds contract was too expensive with a baby on the way - not only that and the phone i had of Phones 4U broke!! and had to send it off to be fixed with 2 weeks to go until im expecting - left without a mobile!!!!
