I chose Clairol Nice n Easy over Garnier for the soft black shade, to cover up my really bad highlights on my naturally dark brown hair. it did a very nice job of covering up all the weird blonde and even before washing it off i could see it working, which was exciting. haha, so far its day 3 and its holding up really good. if you get it on your skin: WASH IT OFF ASAP, i have some black spots from it on my arms haha, but they're slowly fading. i like that it didn't wash out my hair, and it actually feels like it moisturized it. :], and the conditioner is AMAZING. im so glad they sell it seperately too
