Bad Points
Lack of staff, to many message waiting, not many people willing to help the staff seem so fed up I was sad to be moaning at them.
General Comments
Went back to Sky TV in April the service is a nightmare, they make appointment and do not turn up, 6 weeks later and not all my equipment is connected, they are charging me for things I have not got and now there answer is to cut me off, I WANT OUT. never again.
