Good Points
The only reason they get 1 point is they refunded without any issue although i did have to chase them up.

Bad Points
uncourteous and unfriendly management with no ability to sort things out. no explanation of what went wrong but got the impression they knew what was going on but they weren't telling me. Will NEVER use again.

General Comments
I ordered a 40" toshiba tv from johnlewis.com, despite being given a 2 week delivery estimate, as i thought i would be in good hands. how wrong i was. instead of a 40" tosh jl sent me a 50" panasonic!!! fantastic news for some but it was too big for me and i doubt they would have honoured their 5 year warranty. anyway i was stuck with a monster tele which i was told in no uncertain terms i could not use until it had been swapped for my original choice which of course was out of stock. i decided i would wait the week or so until more stock came in. but the date of arrival kept slipping until i was told, 6 weeks later, that no more stock would be coming in. i then decided a refund would be the best option and the monster was picked up a week later. the tele that i had originally ordered then mysteriously appeared back on their website at 200 pounds more than i had paid. of course i complained but got nowhere.
