A huge selection


Bad Points

Overpriced, most vans have problems with bodywork, damp, cracked windows etc.


General Comments

We are looking for a replacement caravan to get something a bit newer and bigger than our already fantastic Buccaneer. We went to Glossop as they have a massive used section, however we are glad we went and had a look around before looking on their website, as most of them are no good.

The "Bargains" section should be renamed the "Top Gear Blowing Up" section, as half of them were 70s/80s caravans with missing windows, doors etc. The few we looked at were riddled with damp, one of them looked promising (and at £5000 should have been), however on closer inspection the shelves around the front windows were sagging. We had a closer look and they were oozing water (you could squeeze water out). £5000 for a damp ridden caravan - I don't think so! The half decent (and dry) vans were much more expensive.

Our decision was to leave and buy a much better one privately, that will be cheaper and in better condition.
